The change to the buffet is one of several expected for Valley View. Among the offerings will be new soup, salad, bread, entree and dessert options, but guests will still find old favorites, including Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab, jumbo shrimp, prime rib and sushi. There are also changes on the buffet line. The Buffet at Valley View added 100 seats, for a total of 600, and installed new furniture and carpeting. The Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians opened its new Soboba Casino Resor t to the public last week. It’s one of many Southern California casinos expanding, including Morongo Casino Resort and Spa, San Manuel Casino and Cahuilla Casino.
The Valley Center resort has upgraded its buffet as part of a larger $50 million expansion project that began in April of 2018 and will wrap up in July, according to a press release.
